Q: How do I know which size to order?
A: We use Universal Alpha Sizing (XS to XXXL) to make international ordering easy. Because our jackets are made from premium Cactus Leather—which holds its structural shape and does not over-stretch like traditional animal hide—we highly recommend measuring a jacket you already own to find your perfect fit.
Lay your favorite jacket flat and zip it up.
Measure straight across the front from armpit seam to armpit seam (1/2 Chest Round).

Q: What if my measurements fall between two sizes?
A: If you find yourself between sizes, or if you plan to wear thick sweaters or hoodies underneath your jacket, we strongly recommend that you size up. Bio-based Cactus Leather has high dimensional stability, meaning it will not stretch out to accommodate extra layers the way traditional leather might.
Q: Are the men's and women's sizes cut differently?
A: Yes. Our men’s (Gents) jackets are built on a wider block to accommodate broader shoulders and chests. Our women’s (Ladies) jackets are tailored with a narrower shoulder and a specifically graded, tapered waist for a more contoured silhouette.

Q: What exactly is Cactus Leather?
A: Our jackets are crafted from premium, bio-based Cactus Leather. It is a highly sustainable, cruelty-free alternative to traditional animal hide that significantly reduces water usage and carbon emissions during production, while still delivering a luxurious, soft, and durable finish.
Q: Will the jacket stretch or "break in" over time?
A: Unlike traditional animal leather, Cactus Leather has excellent dimensional stability. This means it holds its tailored, premium shape beautifully from day one and will not warp, sag, or permanently stretch out of shape with regular wear.
Q: How do I clean and care for my jacket?
A: Maintenance is incredibly simple. For routine cleaning, gently wipe the surface with a slightly damp, soft cloth.
Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, or iron.
Do not take it to a standard dry cleaner.
Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat or harsh chemical solvents.
