These terms outline the rules for using our digital ecosystem and purchasing physical assets.

Intellectual Property:

All material on K&V Atelier is secured. You must not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our proprietary architectural designs or bio-materials.

1. ENCRYPTION: All user telemetry is secured via 256-bit cryptographic standard.

2. LOCATION DATA: Geo-adaptive checkouts utilize localized pinging for currency. We do not store origin coordinates beyond active sessions.

3. THIRD PARTY NODES: Data is never sold. Manufacturing and dispatch partners receive only strictly necessary logistics.

GLOBAL DISPATCH: Units are dispatched globally via priority courier (DHL/FedEx) within 48 hours of authorization. All international shipments are marked DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

RETURN WINDOW: We accept returns within 30 days of asset reception. Units must maintain original bio-tags and show zero field-stress.
